We offer free shipping on all orders above $100.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We will send out an email to update you once the product(s) have been ordered and dispatched. We are unable to control the delivery process once the product has been dispatched by New Zealand Post/Couriers but will do our best to track and trace when needed and if available.

We aim to dispatch products on the same day for orders placed before 9am – Monday – Friday. This may not always be possible during busy periods.

DELIVERY TIME

NEW ZEALAND

Orders are generally delivered within 2 - 4 business days after having been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE OF NZ)

Any orders outside of New Zealand are expected to be delivered within 5-15 business days. This may not be possible during busy periods.

Please note that the timeframe for delivery is only an estimate and we do not have any control over the delivery schedule once the product has been dispatched. This means that if the timing of delivery is important to you please order it well in advance and check stock levels for peace of mind.

PAPERNOTFIL is NOT LIABLE with respect to any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery. We reiterate that we are unable to control delivery times once a product has been dispatched.

SHIPPING WITHIN NZ

Shipping within NZ goes via NZ COURIER at a market rate – please contact PAPERNOTFOIL to discuss shipping costs if needed. The price is standard for all orders, but will vary depending on amount of stock ordered. NZ Post/Couriers have an estimated delivery timeframe of 2+ days.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY (ALL COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF NZ)

PAPERNOTFOIL is approved to ship in accordance to NZ & International rules and regulations. All PAPERNOTFOIL orders will be shipped via NZ Couriers (premium express service) and include online tracking.

International orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes. Please ensure your delivery address is a street address.

Please note that if your location is not listed in the dropdown menu at the checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship to your country of residence.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. PAPERNOTFOIL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of incorrect shipping details and parcels returned due to incorrect shipping information will incur extra shipping charges of $15 to re-post.

SHIPPING FEES

Unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been shipped, shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes the original shipping cost for your order; in the case of a return for a refund, the cost of any return shipping; and in the case of an exchange, the cost of shipping your new item(s) to you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - TAXES AND DUTIES


The buyer or receiver is solely responsible for all duties, fees, taxes or applicable charges relating to the package. PAPERNOTFOIL is not able to declare your order as a gift.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final. No returns or exchanges on any product will be accepted unless the items are faulty or the incorrect item has been shipped to you.

FAULTY PRODUCTS


We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. As such, any faulty items will be replaced or refunded. Faulty items must be reported within 2 business days following delivery. Please email us – hello@papernotfoil.com  to report a faulty item. If you choose a refund instead of a replacement for a faulty item, your money will be refunded to the relevant Credit Card or within 3 business days.
